Policies were made because there is a virus that has killed 800,000-1,000,000 people. I'm not going to say distinction has no use, but conservatives have 100% used that distinction to support their lunacratic notion that this is no different than the flu, and that our lives shouldn't change in any way, shape, or form.

Again, what is the point of this except to say Covid deaths are overreported? And again, using the excess deaths tables its pretty obvious that if anything, Covid deaths are underreported.

You're telling me that you can't figure out whether the 800,000+ reported Covid deaths are people who are dying "with" or "from" covid... even with a table available that shows that we've had 1,000,000 more deaths than we'd normally expect in the last year and a half?

Are you that dense, dude? I just told you, even the article acknowledges she was interviewed in August. AUGUST. There was no CNN interview with her on Sunday.

You get that just because the date on the tweet says Sunday, doesn't mean that's when the video happened. ?

To be completely honest, you don't even need to be told it's an old interview... she mentioned the Delta Variant. If this was a Sunday interview, she'd have mentioned Omnicron.

People dying with comorbidities has been long known. The "6%" statistic has been around since at least Sept 2020. I'm not denying it, I'm simply explaining how this is a minor detail in the scheme of things. If a million people die that would otherwise have lived longer (I.E, excess deaths), then talking about their comorbidities seems rather moot.

If your argument really just boils down to 'these people are mostly old and frail and don't matter, so we shouldn't alter our lifestyle to accommodate them'... then you're certainly entitled to that viewpoint.

Most of us everyday libs had already recognized that this wasnt true, since there was a MAJOR national story 2 months prior about several MLB players with breakthrough cases. And in fact the first breakthrough in the U.S had been reported as early as Febrauary. So if you heard from a lib that breakthrough infections were a conspiracy theory, then that lib is an idiot, and never represented the base as a whole.

So the fact that Biden is a tool is a relatively moot conversation point in regards to libs vs cons POV on Covid.

Also, as much as libs are often loons, so is anyone who buys into articles such as what the federalist is putting out.

The most amusing part of the article is that these tards still pretend like they can't figure out if these deaths are "with" or "from" covid. Children, we're past that...

Excess mortality puts our deaths at 200K+ over reported Covid deaths. Doesn't take more than common sense to figure out that they are "from".

but it depends...do you know what levels you'll be offered. you can look at recent numbers and get a good idea, should be any facility at X level below 100% if you failed, if you withdrew.

If there's somewhere specific you're interested in you can always try reaching out.
