April 2018

Any insight as to when exactly numbers would have to be turned in by an ATM to count for this panel? My facility has a few on the verge of certifying in the next few weeks, but if it takes a few weeks for manager updates to local staffing to be reflected on the PPT, we might not be able to release for this one.

Last I checked, the PPT will execute on the 21st. Any certifications that happen before that need to be updated accordingly in the staffing workbook.

So we just had a CPC lose his medical today (Expected to return in 2 weeks). Any idea on how this affects NCEPT? Does this count as a loss in SWB or do you anticipate that the numbers would not be affected? Thanks!

It does not count as a loss.

My husband just told me he saw the new ppt from today. Is that the official one for the NCEPT, even though it's a week early?
It is not, they posted the one today, sent it to all the FacReps, and instructed them to make sure the numbers are accurate before the PPT locks on the 21st.

My facility will have a projected to target of exactly 85.0% after one person gets selected. Since the criteria for Cat 2 is “above” that, looks like we might get screwed out of a second release by .1%. Poop.

My understanding was that as long as you’re above 85% you’re considered cat 2. I wasn’t aware there was a requirement to remain above 85% after someone was selected

I just figured since it doesn’t say “at or above 85%,” they meant that it has to be “above 85%,” which is 85.1%. I suppose we’ll see when the final PPT comes out!

I don’t have it to post, but it’s out. Just like I thought, we can only release 1 because we have 85.0% instead of 85.1% projected after that one gets released. Bogus.

I anticipate it’ll be updated again, because many facilities’ openings have changed in the latest PPT, making that priority list outdated.

Have we figured out yet if the facility priority list will update again before this Ncept or if what it says today after March 21 is what they will use. The list as to what facility's Will be picking up in what order, not who can and can' release.
It will change. They should post April sometime between today and next week

The PPT that will be used for the April panel is attached. 359 eligible to be released from 162 facilities.
