I figured I would go ahead and get this started since I haven’t seen anyone else with this date. I’ve been told by several trainees that Kims Place is the best place to stay so that’s where I’m leaning!
 
I got this class date today! Looking in to Anatole just because of how close it is to Mike Monroney.
 
turns out anatole is right down the street from chik-fil-a, guess im going to be neighbors with alpha mike

$57/day solo.. I know I've seen on a site that there's a 2 bed/2 bad option available to share with 1 roommate at a cheaper rate, but I don't recall the rate or the site.

They have the 2 bed/2 bath option with A&T corporate housing, but I know they have less of this units so availability is limited.
 
Just got the FOL ladies and gents. Ready to get his party started. I'll probably be staying at Kim's or Anatole. Anyone trying to go the roommate route? I'm open to having roommates if it seemed like we'd get along and have a good living situation.

I’m staying at kims and doing the 3 person $39 rate. Two of our other classmates are staying at Kim’s I know for sure, but I’m not sure if either of them are getting roommates as well.

Believe me I know it’s expensive, but from what I’ve been told the property managers really take care of their tenants. I really want this experience to be as hassle free as possible and Kim’s seemed like the place to do that. At the airport I work at, we have several trainee controllers right now and all of them have been in consensus that it was the best place to stay. Even with the outrageous cost you can still bank a lot of per diem in a few short months. Really though if someone had enough up front capital to buy a couple duplexes they could undercut these FAA recommended providers and make an absolute killing.

Facebook group is up. It looks like most of us are bringing vehicles and are still deciding on accommodations, but it's looking good for Anatole.
