Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-18-ALLSRCE-57792

Anybody NOT received their security info yet? I have it as Wednesday next week is the last day before you should contact them

No security email yet for me, I'm in SoCal if that matters. It's the last thing I'm waiting for, already scheduled MMPI-2 and a physical.

Same region same situation, good to know tho

So I have read through other threads that once all paperwork is submitted, usually not hearing anything for a couple of months is a good thing. If something were to hold me up, how long would they wait to tell me? What’s a general amount of time after all CIL info is submitted that you’re essentially in the clear and just waiting for a class date?

Read your CIL. Your POC should be listed.
Alright so the problem with me is cox deleted the email that I used on my resume. I did not realize that I had used that email on my resume because I submitted it so long ago. I wanted to know if there was a way I can find out if I received a letter. I changed my email on usajobs so I thought that would change the email.

Did you get a TOL?

Why would you need to put that at all? I'm seeing:
  • 20A.1 - Foreign financial interests in which you have direct control or ownership; exclude companies/mutual funds traded on US exchanges
  • 20A.2 - Foreign financial interests controlled on your behalf
  • 20A.3 - Own or plan to own foreign real estate
  • 20A.4 - Received or eligible to receive welfare or benefits from a foreign country
  • 20A.5 - Provided financial support for foreign national
Unless you bought shares in a foreign company and didn't buy them on a US exchange I don't see why you need to list anything.

Oops, I read the question wrong, thanks for clarifying.

Got a Letter of Inquiry asking for details about stuff on my SF-86. Is this normal and/or should I be losing my shit at a quicker rate than standard?

They want to clairify whatever they’re asking about. Its Better than having to wait for a full investigation.

I'm not sure if it's too late for most of you all, but if you aren't sure if something has fallen off your criminal record or just need a quick reminder on past addresses, check out www.beenverified.com, start a free trial (cancel within 5 days to not get charged), and double check your background info.

"Cohabitant" is a big fancy word the government uses because "boyfriend/girlfriend" is too informal. Your immediate family does not count.

Yeah I figured that's what they were looking for but it wasn't super clear because they ruled out spouses and children and strictly roommates so I wasn't sure lol

Many thanks!

I noticed in this list you supplied, that the scenario in which you lived with a best friend should be listed as someone who knew you well. I’m drawing off some vague memory of other posts, but does that mean I DON’T list them as a cohabitant but can list them as someone who knew me well (which I thought couldn’t be listed anywhere else on the form)? I lived with my best friend for almost 5 years, so he is the person who would know me best

Definitely don't list a roommate as a cohabitant unless you were sleeping together. I listed my cohabitant, but then also listed one of my other two roommates as a personal reference.

Has the second round of TOL's gone out? I am still stuck on referred stage in pool 2. Kind of getting nervous that i didn't get the job.
Also: I recently filled out and completed an E-Quip while seeking employment with the TSA. Would i have to fill out another E-Quip or could i use the same one from the TSA job. It was filled and completed less then 6 months ago.
