+1 on this shit.

"Donald Trump sucks"
"What about Biden"
"The topic was Donald Trump."

Take your ritalin.

Also, nobody comprehends that hating one of them doesn't mean you want to suck the other's dick.
Maybe trump supporters will understand Biden’s new campaign line. Vote Biden, what do you have to lose?

Go get the unflavored whiteclaw (pures)
Is that not just vodka and sparkling water at that point? I feel like you can pick up a fifth of something and 2L of selzter pretty cheap.

I’ve tried all the magic tricks to avoid a hangover and it never works. But that does sound like a interesting way to drink them.
Drink fucking water... one full glass of water for every one or two drinks. You have to piss like every ten minutes but you don't get hung over!

I usually just pound like 4 glasses before bed. Doesn’t stop it sometimes but helps for the borderline nights.

Nah. Vodka isn't carbonated. And sparkling water doesn't really cut it either. There's something about that basicness of a white claw that makes it.

I mean if you want to discredit my argument about zero hedge, feel free to try,

in all seriousness ZeroHedge is not that extreme of a website. The comment section is usually full of racist trolls, but the site itself pretty much focuses on financial news. They are highly critical of the Federal Reserve/Jerome Powell, and like to post a lot of dissenting opinions on the market. They were banned from twitter for posting an article that asked if Covid could have been created in a lab.... which i guess was a revolutionary idea at the time. When it became clear that that was actually likely.... Jack reinstated their twitter account. The content definitely leans right, but i dont find it to be absurd or that far outside the mainstream. Thats coming from me tho, who enjoys taking in contrarian views. I am smart enough to know when somehting is truly abhorrent and vile tho, and ZH isnt that. Its a super popular website if you look at their traffic. One to add to your daily views if you want to get the full spectrum of news and opinion. Just like I read HuffPo, Slate, subscribe to the NYer, etc.

Are you talking about Zero Hedge or CNN here? I cant tell the difference between the two.

I kid, I kid. Kinda

Regardless of where you get your news from now, I feel like the delivery is fundamentally different from what it should be. It's not longer about posting the correct story first, its about getting a story up on your website first so then you can get the clicks. When it turns out that your story is batshit wrong, you quietly retract it and delete it all the while the majority of your viewers never see the retraction and are left believing the wrong story in the first place. How don't these news stations fact check their work before it gets published????

This, yes is a problem. Another problem is spin as fact. I think CNN does a decent job (as far as MSM goes) of presenting spin free facts, but then they wrap it all up in opinion and do the let's bring on this liberal and this conservative to discuss and to create division, which imho is just as harmful.

I see fox and msnbc as opposite sides of the same coin, and CNN, while back in the day did really good journalism, morphed into the 24 hour Jerry springer of politics. It all sucks, and the key is being able to pick it all apart and find the facts, which good journalists are supposed to present in the first place, so ya we agree the state of journalism is terrible.

That said, there came a time at some point in the last few years where we all decided if it wasn't what we wanted to believe.... It's fake. That's a both sides problem too.

Ap/reuters/BBC world news is where I try and gather facts to base my own opinions on. NYT/WAPO are good too imho as long as you stay away from editorials.

Al Jazeera is less biased than the AP, prove me wrong.

100% Agree. Al Jazeera English is a hell of a lot better than CNN. Its based in Doha and not ATL, but you get a lot more real news there. Sure it has a bit of an anti-Israeli spin to it, but you know that coming in. I've watched Al Jazeera for many years :yay:

oh, that's not Jack Dorsey? shit! I suck at life

All news is fake news except Fox which has never had a slant on anything ever.

Fox is 100% pro Trump propaganda, but at least Roger Ailes used to ensure they had the hottest chicks!
