I was at Kims and absolutely loved it. Not to far from the MMAC, a decent amount to do, pretty cheap, and living with or near classmates is a big plus. We had 10/17 at Kims in my class.

Accepted this class date on Wednesday. I havent booked with Kim’s yet but that will be my first choice

Awesome! Kim seems like she's really on top of it and gets you the info really quick. If you reserve a spot there she'll add you to a Facebook group of people staying there.
