Has anybody heard of the ADP (Aviation Developmental Program) program? I was recently accepted and completed the preemployment processing. I know its the first year the FAA has done the program, but has there been anything similar in the past? I'm hoping for a little bit of insight what the day to day for the first year at the facility might look like. Also, since I was hired as a 2152-01 will I be able to join natca and start my date of seniority when I arrive to the facility or will I have to wait till after the academy? Thanks for any help.
