"Contractual Award" on Pay Stub

So I logged in to Employee Express today to check my pay stub with the annual raise and saw what I considered to be a substantial "Contractual Award" but no increase to my hourly rate. Down on the bottom under remarks it said, "CASH AWARD PROCESSED THIS PAY PERIOD".

Can anyone explain this to me?

Are you on AG pay? AG pay doesn’t have bands so you get a raise (like the June raise) they just calculate it for the year and give it to you.
