Forum for those with enroute class date 7/13/2020
here for roll call!
I've read they're not necessary but I was also thinking about getting them. We're still pretty far off but I honestly got a lot of free time at work where I'm just chilling.Anybody have any idea about the study guides MJ posted? Like as far as their utility/necessity?
Same, lots of downtime, and given that they know I’m leaving for this, I have a hard time thinking they’d mind. I’ll probably wait it out anyway just so that I don’t study in such a way that I misunderstand it foreverI've read they're not necessary but I was also thinking about getting them. I wonder how many options they give you to choose from at the end of the academy ?Here’s the staffing list as of 03/06. A lot of New York, Indianapolis, and L.A. on this one lolDiscontinued - En route Placement List

Edit: this isn’t the priority list, btw
I just meant I wonder how many different locations you will have to choose fromIt’s however many people pass. 1:1.
Apparently it used to be double that.
Well I'm from Florida so I'm not crazy about extremely cold weather lol. If I had a choice I would stay in the southern half of the US (Im not to picky when it comes to east or west) if I had to choose 2 States I would say Florida or Texas. I dont think I would like Anchorage Alaska ? lolOoooooh. Yeah I’ve been wondering that myself. I guess it depends on how big the class is too. Do y’all have any preferences?
If I get really bored one day at work I might get it. I'll let yall know how it goes. What part of Florida? I'm going over there for a couple of weeks to Coral Springs to visit some family before the academy.Yeah I'm not really sure how much of a head start it gives you. If it does I'd say it's definitely worth it but I haven't seen anyone talk about it so idk. As far as being necessary I don't think it is I've been talking to someone who is currently at the academy enroute and he/she says that as long as you stay focused and have a good study schedule you should be fine. I'm coming from Florida.
Niiice. Went a couple of years ago to see a launch, couldn't tell you which one exactly though. Almost went to Orlando this week, got a couple of friends there. But it was too soon to let work know :/I live in the Cocoa Beach area. So near the Kennedy Space Center. I grew up watching shuttle and rocket launches ??
Definitely not necessary, but hopefully helpful. PM for a demo login if you want to look at them first.Anybody have any idea about the study guides MJ posted? Like as far as their utility/necessity?
