1000? Try 2On one hand, funny. On the other hand... What days does EWR not have a GDP? Got a thousand miles to find a hole for a guy and can't do it.

Is 10 AAR good?Hard to get 50 planes into 40 spots
It’s the perfect rate to checkout some new controllers! Is 10 AAR good?
Come here baby I'll spoon feed youIt’s amazing to me how you guys don’t understand spacing requirements.
ZNY will literally make us spin airplanes if we don’t have EWR arrivals 20MIT when they ask for it…which is pretty much all day every day.
And it’s not like other Zs or even other areas within our our Z actually do anything to help us.
And that doesn’t include TMUs TERRIBLE releases 99% of the time.
You should try butting up to ZJXIt’s amazing to me how you guys don’t understand spacing requirements.

I can’t speak for ZJX but I have a hard time believing they are more difficult to work with that ZNY. That New York superiority complex is no joke. I’m not speaking for all controller obviously as some of them are cool. But my god.You should try butting up to ZJX

One diversion. In the hold. One cloud. 25 MIT.
oh no, the consequences of your actions?!It’s amazing to me how you guys don’t understand spacing requirements.

Who said I was complaining? We work out spacing just fine.oh no, the consequences of your actions?!
Are you literally complaining about being spun and openly admitting in the same sentence that you aren't complying with TMI's...
20 in trail isn't just for fun or because people are lazy. N90 needs them 15 MIT because they have 3 or more feeds constantly merging into one final. 20 turns into 15 REAL quick when you go from 475kts to 250kts in like 8 minutes, which is basically how long it takes to fly through the entirety of ZNY.
"No one will help me get the spacing" bro you're a controller, start acting like it. Stop taking handoffs if they're dead tied, or tell them "heading 020 for sequence" or whatever. This stuff isn't hard.
Your projected staffing is 91%, ZNY is 60%.Who said I was complaining? We work out spacing just fine.
ZNY gets spoonfed and they bitch when we give them 19.5 and increasing.
Also, TMIs are fine when they are adhered to and implemented properly. (They usually aren’t).
We have staffing issues too but don’t get to shut down entire sectors like ZNY does.
Your projected staffing is 91%, ZNY is 60%.
No one bitches if they're getting a constant stream of 20's and then one is 19.5. The real story is it's usually 18 followed by 18 followed by 18 followed by 18 followed by the 19.5 you're suggesting. The sector ahead is already vectoring S turns all over to fix your trash. At this point the sector has become saturated, the frequency is congested, and it's become a safety concern. That's why you're in the hold now.
Once again, if you're not receiving adequate space, tell 59 to put them on a heading. At least they know how to.
