Imagine the number of deals that would happen though. The majority of these people are hard core traffic dodgers that maintain minimum currency to still be called “controllers.” Some at our facility refuse to even get currency if there’s more than a handful of planes in the sector and even then they need a D side. It’s a joke.They should make an annual weekend where all these people have to work traffic

I’d rather have decent staffing, not being forced to work 6 day weeks UFA, have the ability to ERR, have pay that at least somewhat matches inflation, have someone address the fact that many missed out on six figures in career earnings due to bullshit NATCA approved COVID polices, have the current bullshit COVID free leave and mask policies rescinded, among other things.Only job in the world where people will cry about being offered a free trip to vegas
