Months ago and as early as 10 days ago on his last town hall. Nick thinks putting it in an email makes it his idea thoughsounds great but didn’t Santa mention basically the same thing months ago?
Come on brother, you know where you are going with this. Of course everyone wants a pay raise, how we get there is equally important as well. You are just baiting Lenny.Do you not want the things nick mentioned?
Sure I want the things Rich said for the last few months. I think Nick should be required to cite his sources just like in school. Plagiarizing another persons work will always get you an F. I would love to hear Nicks ideas one day though.Do you not want the things nick mentioned?
“Perceived” wall, but yes I concur.Nobody is stupid, the pivot is hilarious. All of a sudden after a forced runoff there’s a plan ? They had over a year to give us this “plan”, but didn’t get it until a runoff. They were more focused on tearing down a wall in the national office, than listening to the membership …..until they realized it actually mattered when ballots came in. Give me a break

Exactly, which is pretty telling how they feel about the membership. “Oh shit, we’re gonna have to prove we can do shit instead of just getting the “cool” kid vote…”They thought they had the votes they didn’t have to include the regular members
It still seems like they dont understand the sentiment the actual controller has to these NATCA Detail/Scam/114 people. They thought they had the votes they didn’t have to include the regular members
I would (in a perfect world) like to think at least Rich and Mick (we all know how imperfect every single candidate is but let us table that for now) sat up and took notice. Not defending either in a positive way or attacking them, but at least they pivoted before the ballots were cast. Granted it should not have taken this many years to notice the disenfranchised. It still seems like they dont understand the sentiment the actual controller has to these NATCA Detail/Scam/114 people.
None of these endorsements from people that havent been plugged in, working 6 day weeks since 2015 like most of us have, matter. In fact, they actively make most of us want to not vote for you.
I don't know if they'll ever figure out that point. The fact that two guys who sent out like 2 emails and some AI Created images about how fed up people are got 20% of the vote in the election should've been a MAJOR wake up call for all 4 of these guys.
Rich took notice. Mick doesn't give a F.I would (in a perfect world) like to think at least Rich and Mick (we all know how imperfect every single candidate is but let us table that for now) sat up and took notice. It will not. They are barely taking in enough cash as it is.At this point whoever wins hopefully takes it seriously. I think our message was received. And if they extend again I honestly don’t know if the union will survive.

No argument there, just if they lose 20-30% of the membership that might be it…Enough to fund yachts and retirement parties
Is there a membership level where you can no longer present an entire bargaining unit?No argument there, just if they lose 20-30% of the membership that might be it…
