My ATM is dragging his feet on updating the staffing workbook. It shows we are Cat 2 with 13 CPCs, but we should be Cat. 1 with 15 (the max) with 1 in training.

Does anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this? Also, what's the latest he can update it before this NCEPT?

Has to be fixed by 11/20 for the Dec NCEPT.

Get with your Rep to resolve it. If he gets any pushback they can bump it up to the next level w/ both NATCA and your district manager.

NATCA higher ups stated that they are working on getting ATM's hands off the staffing work books so they don't fug the numbers in their favor and hurt the people trying to get out
