Contractual Award

I looked at my recent paystub and saw I got paid a "contractual award". Does anyone know what that is, or if I need to bring it up to my facilities admin?

1.6% June raise. If you are at the band maximum whether it be as a developmental who saved pay or a CPC who has been in for a few decades, you'll receive the raise in a lump sum entitled 'contractual award'.
