Hardship without medical?

Hi all , can we apply for a hardship transfer while waiting to get medical back ? Or what happens if Someone applied for hardship and then lost their medical ? but for sure getting medical back soon

If it qualifies for article 99, it qualifies. Regardless if they currently have a flight physical or not.

Imagine that being true, requesting a hardship because you have cancer, and not being able to move to the area with the world renound oncologist until getting a flight physical that says you can work traffic.

In a situation that extreme you could theoretically move and start treatment, you just couldn’t start work before you were cleared again.
