How to get facility enrolled for GI bill?

Currently new at a DOD facility and I'm looking to get it enrolled for eligibility for the GI bill. Does anyone know where to get started? I've heard some DOD facilities have been able to accomplish this.

Your ATCFO should have some paperwork, if he is unsure or does not know check with your civilian lead (might not be easy to find but he or she is there and is usually the O-5’s counterpart.

All civilians here, I've spoken to everyone in the ATC Division and no one seems to know anything about it, or want to do anything about it. I was told if I want to run all the paperwork they would sign off on it
