"Recently"They recently utilized hiring bids to staff NY facilities if I recall correctly. They had a USAjobs announcement that required the applicant to reside within a 50 mile radius.

Waiting for… 8 years?ERRing leaves all the eggs in the FAA basket. That's on controllers themselves. I do think the national release policy is a lawsuit waiting to happen though, with regard to stopping promotion to supe (which is actual career progression).
"Recently"
It was two years ago I think but I would still call that recent, maybe he doesn't agree
Don't know if anyone has tried it yet. But I fail to see how staffing can be used to disqualify a qualified applicant for a promotion.Waiting for… 8 years?

I’m with you. But an illegal MOU for 8 years? Both parties have extensive litigation teamsDon't know if anyone has tried it yet. But I fail to see how staffing can be used to disqualify a qualified applicant for a promotion.
Just because they haven’t been challenged doesn’t mean it’s not wrong. What controller that is making bank is going out of pocket to hire attorneys to prove what they are doing is illegal. The ones hurting the most and stuck are the black hole facility personnel.I’m with you. But an illegal MOU for 8 years? Both parties have extensive litigation teams
Again. I’m not defending it. But you guys really think both opposing teams of lawyers are like yeah that shit ain’t legal but fuck it lets yolo this bitch and really kill some careers together.Just because they haven’t been challenged doesn’t mean it’s not wrong.
