From checking ATADS, it seems that PITs traffic count has been pretty steady for the past 10 years or so at 140k-ish. What are the cutoff numbers for levels 8, 9, &10? Is PIT close to a downgrade or upgrade anytime soon?

You can find that out on the TCIP (traffic count index program). I don’t remember the link, but if someone doesn’t post it by the time I go in I’ll get it for ya. Needs to be from an FAA computer.

Thank you. I’ll check that out when I get into work!

Bottom middle column is the TCIP link. Number of operations is part of the Count Index, but there's a ton of additional factors.

Yep. Traffic numbers is only part of the equation. Airfield/ Airspace complexity, traffic mix, ASOS, etc. Everything counts toward your overall TCIP. The formula for the TCIP is found in Appendix A of the CBA
