I tried both suggestions with no success.
I managed to copy the printouts just before the program closed completely. Here are the results. I'll try the command prompt method next.
I assume I have to save the Excel file after filling it, but if that's the case, I'm not sure how to change it from read-only to enable editing and save it with a name/directory that will be recognized by the program.

Yeah you definitely have to be able to save the excel file after you edit it. It seems that the program says it’s missing altogether. I was able to recreate this error by trying to edit the file within the .zip directory and run the program.
When you download the package, make sure you’ve extracted it before editing the xlsx file. After opening the downloaded .zip file, go to the top and click “extract all”, or right click on an empty space within the file explorer and click “extract all”. Once you do that, edit the file within the new directory that doesn’t have the .zip at the end. If you are editing the excel file within the .zip it won’t be able to be saved.
