Are there really many retirement eligible people left? I think about 40% were eligible when I started, but basically all those people left and the workforce turned over. I think at my facility and from what I hear it is 10% or less now.

No…? Since this is only about vaccinations and hospitalizations, the fact that someone doesn’t pay for health care for an MRI isn’t a factor. The jab is free there and free here.

I can maybe see some dudes who are eligible putting thier money where thier mouths are, but the rest is all talk. You'd have to be absolutely fucking insane to throw away your career based on semi conspiratorial political dogma surrounding a public health iniative. That's asinine.
