So what happens on the 23rd?
Prolly 2 week unpaid suspensionSo what happens on the 23rd?
You work your normal shift. They tell you it’s ok and NATCA is working on a “dynamic solution” and assure that you won’t be terminated. Your sup says, “hey, take the rest of the night off and we will see you tomorrow.” So you leave, happy that you stuck to your guns and even got some free time off for your troubles. So what happens on the 23rd?
I assume that you will be asked to prove vaccination status. So what happens on the 23rd?
#maskforthemissionYou work your normal shift. They tell you it’s ok and NATCA is working on a “dynamic solution” and assure that you won’t be terminated. Your sup says, “hey, take the rest of the night off and we will see you tomorrow.” So you leave, happy that you stuck to your guns and even got some free time off for your troubles.
Then as you are walking to your car a marine scout sniper in a full ghillie suit puts you in his cross hairs from about 300 yards away and pink mists you. Your coworkers ask where you are and the sup simply responds “who?”. You are quickly forgotten, erased from history like you never existed, and the world moves on.
I think people will get fired. Natca just got the agency to bribe people to get vaccinated. You don’t do that if you aren’t absolutely trying to avoid getting to the termination part and they believe it’s coming.I assume that you will be asked to prove vaccination status.
You'll be required to take leave until you can't and possible insubordination letter.
Then lwop.
I sincerely doubt they will fire you, you just can't work.
Im curious what it would be considered as though...
Losing your medical until coronavirus blows over?
It’s a federal employee requirement but not a “medical” requirement. I could see some LWOP for a time but that would only be until you get vaccinated, and if you aren’t actively trying to get it, should be termination. And I’m against the mandate before y’all attack lol.I assume that you will be asked to prove vaccination status.

Too late you’re already a commie libtard welcome to the dark sideIt’s a federal employee requirement but not a “medical” requirement. Or a sign of desperation because they think the mandate won't hold up to the lawsuits.. just a thoughtI think people will get fired. Natca just got the agency to bribe people to get vaccinated. The lawsuit against United, which has a stronger case than government employees do, has been thrown out already, but keep inhaling your copiumOr a sign of desperation because they think the mandate won't hold up to the lawsuits.. just a thought
I'm not sure what Copium is, do they sell it next to the Ivermectin? The latest is a joint effort between military members and federal employees for an injunction. The lawsuit against United, which has a stronger case than government employees do, has been thrown out already, but keep inhaling your copium
I hope your vectors are better than whatever this is. ?Those who say they won't get the jab
And would rather quit
Are nothing but gab
I don't think they're legit
Waaawaaa they'll cry
While they get in line
They won't be that guy
Because they've got no spine.
So prove me wrong
And quit the talkin
The ronas gone on too long
And they're all just squawkin
Not my best work I know. Been rhyming all day, my brain is spent lmao.I hope your vectors are better than whatever this is. ?

But did you think that this case was different because this guy is more special than all those other people? The Supreme Court has already dismissed lawsuits by a university in Indiana (think it was Indiana) and just a couple days ago the NYC Teachers Union about employee mandates. There’s plenty of precedent for employers setting employment conditions being constitutional so long as it doesn’t violate a pre-existing contract. And the university lawsuit was tossed by Amy Cohen Barret, the Trump appointed Justice.
It will probably be tossed as well, but maybe not. Just because someone else failed doesn't mean people should stop trying. For now it's just a shot. Who knows what's next. The ability for a president to just put anything into writing and pretend it is law is not ok. Didn't like it with Bush, Obama, Trump, and I don't like it now.The Supreme Court has already dismissed lawsuits by a university in Indiana (think it was Indiana) and just a couple days ago the NYC Teachers Union about employee mandates. This is government policy for its employees, not a law.The ability for a president to just put anything into writing and pretend it is law is not ok
