Honest Question: are any of you aware of anybody quitting, protesting the mandate, or refusing to attest to their vaccine status?

We have at least one waiting on "religious exemption", and I know at least one more who said he wouldn't get it, but haven't talked to him about it or worked with him in a bit.

Have many more who have folded like wet paper bags who have been pretty outspoken right till the rubber met the road both in and out of the facility.

I know a handful that have said they will quit, out of that handful I would say would actually quit no questions asked. Another thing I don't think they have considered is if they will lose the contractors. How will that effect training in facilities.

I think for the overwhelming majority it is, it was all political posturing. There is definitely a segment that has bitten down hard on the conspiracies and misinformation though, and are gonna ride that train all the way to ruin.


Just look at all these dipshits getting charged and arrested for Jan 6, yet the dudes on Twitter and the cheetoh who egged them all on are laughing thier way to the bank.

What if one of those “couple people” were someone that was in your family or one of your friends? Nobody wants death or injury for anyone. It’s about personally deciding which individual risk you are willing to take. My point is, it’s not just as simple as get a little stick in the arm, there is a possibility that something terrible happens as a result, that can be life changing.

It’s literally that simple. The chances of getting hurt is so insignificant versus the chance of getting hurt from covid. You see people gone from the facility for weeks at a time due to Covid. I’ve never seen someone gone due to getting vaccinated (besides the 48 hours)

Maybe. your chances go up with each additional injection you take. How many that were “exposed” at work actually in turn then got it? I know zero at my facility and we’ve had at least 10 instances where someone was exposed at the facility. I see your point about the immediate impact of those not being out because of the vaccine. I realize that for the most part, no one (ATC) has been injured, at least that I’ve heard of, I just think to discount others concerns about a side effect isn’t necessarily the best approach. ?

I think that the takes people have about the vaccine are funny cus almost every medication has a weird side effect even shit like Advil. Yet everyone takes it and doesn’t bat an eye.

Thank you, guys, for being patient. I know we are in unsettling territory, and we are all being tested with having to make decisions we do not want to have to make. I pray that each one of you hold out as long as you possibly can for your own safety from this government overreach. On the other note, Ken lets us know daily he is still working for us and was going to have something ready to be filed yesterday. So, if its ready to be filed as of yesterday then let’s say end of the week would be a more accurate timeline. We still have not given up, but this is completely out of our hands now. We have 4(I think) who are attempting to do the exemption and 3 of those will get it if it’s denied. 1 is adamant they will quit, who knows if that’s true.
