I haven't heard back. I did ask HR how the release process works and he said it's the sole discretion of the ATM. I know we have the ERR MOU but is there an agreement or anything in writing for regular bids?
I found it in Article 44. It is strictly based on seniority. There is no release procedure listed. It should go by seniority based on the volunteer list.
Anyone work the temp bids in the past?
Is your bid leave at your current facility for this year still guaranteed when you work this bid? I’m assuming staffing is low enough that spot leave isn’t going to be approved.
