Man I'm really increasing my shithouse lawyer lead here of late you need to get with the program.

Pretty sure I just got dynamic decisioned on a deviation process….can anyone tell me an order where it says that staff support specialist jobs and operation supervisor jobs are able to release based off of different staffing numbers at losing facility?

I don’t think there is a number for those. We’ve lost several to SS and OM when we shouldn’t have. ATM ran it up the deviation chain and got both approved from whoever it is high up doing those.

Interesting…..my SS deviation just got denied and a coworkers supervisor deviation got approved. I’ve been waiting 3 months to hear about it and the coworker didn’t even have an interview or know he was getting a deviation. I’m furious about it and don’t even know where to begin fighting it…

There’s literally nothing you can do about that.

If my deviation was before his how is that not illegal promoting factors? They passed over me because I applied for a different position than my coworker. Same exact staffing numbers were used on both deviations. Doesn’t make sense to me…

Same month? Deviation panel happens once a month.

Yup same month as far as I know. Hard to get info from anyone since they keep deviations so well hidden…guess I’m just mad but back to the NCEPT gods I go lol thanks for opinions ??‍♂️

Yeah, it’s case by case, but good rule of thumb is that they’re more likely to approve moves to management over other changes because it benefits them more than filling via NCEPT or SS jobs.

Completely makes sense when FAA is making the decisions. Which brings me to being pissed that the union allows dues paying members to openly get screwed by the process over management but that’s a hole different discussion lol.
