Absolutely.. the only time the public hears about us is when it is in a negative light. They have no clue about our work schedules, pay, and amount of traffic we are moving with outdated equipment and technology

It's amusing how many controllers whine about taxes and government yet have had their entire adult lives subsidized by the government. Military, Contract, DoD, FAA. But they got theirs so fuck everyone else.

TSP should be yours if vested. I believe the last proposal for privatization in 2017 was employee option to stay in FERs or move to an enhanced TSP matching. I would say that is best case scenario but who knows. Incoming Trump admin seems a lot more aggressive than the last.
