Wife’s family is from LA county and lived there this year while I waited my assignment and a lot of those claims are dramatic. Yes housing prices are high but never came across any homeless or crap like that.
Government is still way to controlling for me to live there. Citizens are the problem to because the town I was living in (La Verne) voted yes to raising their sales tax while I was there. It’s the circle of life

Did you get out much while you were here? Homeless people are literally everywhere in many parts of LA county. I can't drive through LA without seeing numerous streets packed with tents.
 
Its really easy to see homeless people when you drive around since they set up shop near freeways. I've lived all over CA and it does have a homeless problem, but its not like you have to step over one to get to your car in the morning.

San Francisco isn’t even the biggest city in the Bay Area and while it may have a bigger problem than some areas trying to make a statement about the entire state based on it is pretty stupid.

Saying SF has a "bigger problem" is putting it mildly lmao. It's a joke buddy. There's a difference between seeing some homeless live under a freeway overpass and trying not to step in human feces daily living in SF
