What would coming out today and coming out tomorrow have to do with that? If someone wanted to withdraw the time was prior to 8am. They are not going to do all that work just to sit around and wait for some dumbass to say oh wait on me please pump the brakes so you can accommodate me....not being a dick just saying. Then they def are not gunna go back and refill some pulled ERR

No idea just speculation, I wouldn't rule out anything that happens/doesn't happen
 
Ok guess the countdown is to 4pm today hopefully they don't wait until Monday to release them.

Article 42 Section 8.

Mutual reassignment transfer requests may be submitted to the same, higher, or lower ATC FPL facility, for employees who have a minimum of one (1) year as a certified controller at his/her facility, but no more than three (3) ATC FPLs above the employee's current ATC FPL, unless the employee had been previously certified at the higher ATC FPL.

So, anyone from a 10 or an 11 want to come to BHM? I love it here, just trying to move up. I know we are all waiting on the NCEPT list, but it's nice to have a backup plan. Plus, it's kind of hard to go to lower level facilities right now with this in effect.

What is the staffing looking like for BHM? I don't think you will find anyone in the country that wants to go from and 11 to a 7. Considering the top of the band is 107k most people would lose out on the raises because they are at the top of that band. I would say most 10 are close or will be close in a couple years to the top of the level 7 band.
