What happened to the section that showed what color your facility is? It used to have pie charts and everything but I can't find it

Question relating to "Projected Losses": Is it in reference to losses in a given time frame? Such as, the expected loss of CPC's in the given year or in years down the line?

I was wondering if anyone could explain what the number under "training time" meant when looking at facility staffing information. How much time is given if a facility's training time is a "1" vs a "2"? I have been unable to find any information on this. Thanks, PP
