Does anyone know if tolls are reimbursed for driving a POV?

The travel policy makes it seem like since there’s a shuttle they wouldn’t reimburse tolls. Any luck?

I don't believe so, but if you click "avoid tolls" on Google maps. You can get around okc no problem without any substantial increased drive times

It's not. It's considered part of "meals and incidentals"
