No experience using it myself, you just mentioned cost so that's why I posted the above.

I've used it a couple times. I just asked questions whether specific things would down me and for how long and advice on what measures to take. It's been very useful to me and nice since it's confidential. Hope that helps.

I should specify I've lost my medical and I'm trying to get it back. Has anyone had success with them being able to help with that?
