Is anyone keeping track of where the direct hires are being sent? I still think it's unfair for direct/new hires to be sent to places where current FAA employees would love to go and have ERR paperwork into.
EX: I've seen a few get SAV, VGT, EUG and I know a few people who would love to get to go to those facilities but can't bc of NCEPT and staffing.
Just wondering if I should start screenshotting the KSN list at work and keeping tabs, to complain to NATCA.
Not that it would accomplish much. I know the agency has the right to "hire and fire" but jeez.
