I need help finding what order that outlines when an employee is entitled to an increase in Dev level. I keep seeing its based on position certification and the percentage of certified positions in the facility but no concrete order or HR policy for it.

Ok so second question. If the facility has two data positions. One in tower and one in radar are both positions excluded from the calculation for the positions percentage calculation.

We had an issue like this, a level 5 up down shithole playing games not giving people the right raises. We eventually got it fixed, got huge backpay for people, and got the shithole 804 consolidated.

Only people who stayed behind are losers, the others went on to big and better things and are big ballers now.

Get certified, then work to get the back pay, then work to get that shithole erased out of existence. Should be easier to do that now with the new FAA Reauthorization and DOGE coming.
Woah. I don’t know who hurt you but that’s not the problem we are having. I’m just looking at changing the order we train positions to better our success rate.

I mean your NATCA training rep or your facility rep would be the one to talk to about changing the order you train different positions. It's not terribly hard to do

The second part on what positions are added into trying to get through the Dev bands quicker I have no clue

At my facility, flight data in the tower is the only one excluded. Tracon data counts as a position. It depends how many positions you have in order to determine how quickly someone can get pay raises.

Yeah that’s what I was wondering. The math works if tracon data is counted toward the positions total for getting D2.

Yeah I’m mostly just gathering data before presenting it. Also I like to see what’s successful at other places.
