From what I’ve read, it’s looking like 4-5 month wait to get contacted by hope from the time your package gets sent to HQ for coordinating & a 4-5 month wait to hear back if you cleared or not.

That’s about what I was thinking, with the only exception being that I’m already a federal employee performing ATC. So once I’m cleared medically, that’s all I needed and I’m hoping not to have another 4-5 month wait for a list...so maybe February I’ll hear something!

Fwiw mine was a 2.5 month wait. Whole Tier 2 process was 8 months as I'm just waiting for a list now

I did my eval 10/28/2020 so I’m coming up on my 2.5 month wait to get a answer if I cleared or not hopefully my timeline is like yours
 
It’s usually a 3 monthish wait to get your results.

I’m from 2017 still waiting on RDC about my appeal. As tier 2 DQd me on the basis of something they shouldn’t have had.
 
So HW emailed me and said “Our staff psychologist has completed their review of your case, and the recommendation has been sent to your medical program analyst. Any further queries should be sent to their attention.” but my medical POC didn’t email anything telling me I cleared or not. Is this good? Bad?

It's Friday before a three day weekend. Your POC probably didn't show up to work today.

For what’s it’s worth, this is what mine said and I passed. It’s just how they word it because ultimately HW gathers all the info and makes her recommendation and RDC just relays, but he HAS to be the one to relay her recommendation.

I just thought it was odd that she didn’t just tell me what it was but I guess that makes sense I did email RDC to ask but with no reply I guess I have to wait until Tuesday. This is for all the marbles boys! Wish me luck.

RDC emailed me the same day that I received that email from HW. I bet he’ll get back to you early next week

"Recommendation" means you're cleared. I got my FOL (2019) 9 days after that email you're referring to from HW.
 
After waiting a long time (dec 2018 bid) I got my medical cleared after being tier 2 and needing a special consideration waiver for over 24 months. They're still processing applicants and it takes forever. Does anyone know when the next list is dropping? I'm guessing this Wednesday.
