If a facility wants to have custom NATCA shirts made for members, do they have to be printed at a union shop? I've searched and found Custom Ink-made NATCA shirts from various facilities, but cannot ascertain if they they are a union shop or not, or if it matters for the sake of printing up 20 shirts.

They have to be from a union shop and if you're using the NATCA logo, you'll need your RVP to approve the design.

If you are not using the NATCA logo, but your own design, they at a minimum need to be made in the USA. (Custom ink is one of the few that does that)
