Reinstatement

"The FAA is also offering more opportunities for experienced military controllers to join the workforce. Using On-the-Spot hiring authority, veteran controllers will bypass the normal announcement process. Air Traffic managers will be able to directly accept resumes from interested military controllers and help place them at their preferred location. "

How long until they roll this out for ATMs to start accepting apps? lol
It's already started. Had a .mil visit my facility a year from separation. Sounds like a sure thing.

This is interesting. Prior experience here in the mil and prior-CPC who got out to DoD and I would just have to reach out to the ATM at my facility of choice???

For a CPC, how long do you need to leave the agency for to not get sent back to your old facility? I’ve heard 1 year and others say 2.
Per an SOP from 2022-its 12 months.
