Due to a server configuration change, if you are unable to login, clear the site cookies. This will only need to be done once.

That’s a you issue. more specifically, your email provider blocks all messages from this site. I’d recommend using a non-ms email for your account.

The issue for the original post would have only potentially affected someone on their first login after the server update. It’s no longer an issue.

How dare you besmirch the good name of Hotmail!

Seems to also be a specific computer issue for me as well, which is quite odd. My home desktop is displaying the banner and I have limited access still, but my laptop and Chromebook aren't and I have full functionality on them.
