It most likely won't. And if it does, it'll be a long time in the future.
Just like a downgrade doesn't directly affect CPC numbers.

SAN is tower only. The approach facility for the region is SCT which is also in San Diego.

I had thought it was tower only, but the wiki page was saying it was an up-down when I asked. Someone either updated/changed it or it was glitching out this morning, maybe an old cache or something.

It did say tower and approach control, I edited and fixed it.
