If you go to the FAA directory and look at anyone's profile (including your own), it will list their supervisor and you can click on the supe's profile. Then click on their supervisors profile and keep going til you get up to the COO. (They aren't always accurate but you can climb the management ladder nonetheless) Her profile confirms she was never a controller. It was one or two steps below her where the person was a controller at some point.
