That’s smart. I think there’s something where the agency doesn’t have to let you break it up tho. Someone was trying to take 5 on baby leave and 5 off admin last year and they shot that down lmao
Shit I tried to do this shortly before the baby leave became a thing with regular annual and sick when we had my son (missed baby leave by a goddamn month!) And they made me come in at least 1 admin shift a week or they were gonna count all my admin time as leave. It was fucky and I didn't like it.

We’re short staffed enough where they’re more than happy to let you break it up rather than take it all at once

Natca just sent out the MOU for submitting vaccine info.

I believe if you get it done on your RDO’s, you get 20 hours per shot you get, that time off has to be used within a year of being awarded it. If you’re at a place with almost no shot of getting spot leave approved, you can always replace the annual leave you bid with the time off award. If you had gotten the shot before September 8, you get 8 hours.
Dont you need to cancel your bid leave and replace it with an excused absence request which can possibly be denied?

Yes you can. You just can't convert "primetime" leave. That is straight from a member of a contract team.
So is that the only difference between prime and non prime?

An admin position that's good time until I'm deemed safe to go back to the floor?? After working 2 years around people without it...sorry it's unsafe now.

It's around 800 people, I believe it's explicit to controllers, that have actually signed.

America is crumbling due to a deadly virus and whatever incentives are necessary to give people this life saving vaccine should be authorized.

This is not a rumor the guidance is this on the opm website
Is there a link or a website that I go to and sign up with the 800 controllers suing? I’d like to add my name to that list.

Also, I have asked NATCA a bunch of times about exemption requirements or if they’re accepting antibodies and they always tell me that information is forthcoming. Does anyone know anything about those?

Exemptions I don't know
The lawsuit was submitted with 800+ names so you miss signups

Yah all the information is out. You have to get the vaccine. Or your will get educated, suspended, then fired.

There’s no cut out to submit an antibody test

You can submit for a medical or religious exemptions. Exemptions do not have to be approved if there’s no reasonable safe alternative for the type of work. Which Id assume is our job.

Do you know where I can find the exemption information?

Natca hasn’t come out with the collaborated exemption process or requirements as of yet. It should be forthcoming soon, maybe Monday. In the mean time I would send your sup and FacRep and email stating your intention to file for exemption which my last FacRep call said would stop the clock for you. But I wouldn’t offer anymore until they come out with official guidance for us.
