I know of a person who got an NCEPT selection, but was then hired on a supe bid to the same place, so that person had both at the same time for sure. Sucks that someone lost an NCEPT slot that round.

Facing bigly inflation numbers, passed on a chance to get us more pay in the face of that with contract negotiations, aren't eligible for hazard pay, agreed to some pretty shitty rules in regards to mandatory quarantine leave usage for bues who did everything both they and the FAA asked (vs people who didnt getting leave for free for exposure/getting vaxxed), the training delay nonsense, continual ncept issues.

Damn it's like they are actively working against people who pay dues sometimes.
 
Who makes these CBIs and why does every controller in the NAS need to complete them when they don't apply to my airspace??? If it ever does apply to my airspace I'm not going to remember anything this CBI says.... waste of time and money.
