In reference to the staffing workbook, when do the managers update their numbers? If the ppt is suppose to come out this week and we have controllers leaving the facility the following week, can the ATM drop them from the SWB? Or does he have to wait until the following week after they leave to reflect the lose of those CPC’s?

The way it stands now we could release a couple people, but if the ATM changes the numbers 0 people can be released.

ATM cannot remove someone legally.

A CPC does not come off your CPC number until they officially start at their new duty station.

Thats what I thought. And if he does fudge the numbers beforehand is it grievable?

It won't come to a grievance, you'd get with RVP immediately following the numbers being released and get it updated accordingly.
