So much middle management in TECH OPS. Lots of cuts could made there! Also, tech Ops has their managers doing so much paperwork crap, where they should be doing more work on developing their technicians in being better at the NAS equipment. We need to do NASTEPs, WIT Inspections, etc., etc. TECH OPS has managers that manage other managers - save money, ax them. I'm glad they are ripping this DEI and other programs out. Hire people by their applied and practical skill sets. We hired a person with a 4 year degree in Viking classical studies -BUT_ he took a communication course for one semester. Seriously? The person with the horns on their head is a waste of pay. Thanks HR....
