4-7-8. BELOW MINIMA REPORT BY PILOT
If an arriving aircraft reports weather conditions are below his/her landing minima:
NOTE: Determination that existing weather/visibility is adequate for approach/landing is the responsibility of the pilot/aircraft operator.
- Issue appropriate instructions to the aircraft to hold or proceed to another airport.
- Adjust, as necessary, the position in the landing sequence of any other aircraft desiring to make approaches and issue approach clearances accordingly.
