I think the issue here is your misunderstanding of how science works. Outside of scientific laws, science is never settled. You draw a conclusion based on the data you have at the time. Then if things change or get more data you reassess and draw another conclusion. You can keep up with your 'moving the goalposts' cliche b.s. but life changes and the science moves with it.
Yea Homsar, you don't know how Science works. Or you are again trying to use logic where there is no use for it. Example in point. Democrat Science: Defund/Remove Police will reduce crime. Conservative Science: More cops will reduce crime. Only one can be correct so we should probably listen to the media. Removing Police DOES IN FACT reduce crime.

To repeat myself, the difference here is policies/statements being made on “conclusions” presented at fact, which goes counter to how science works. Stating that studies/data indicates a trend is different from being told as fact that we would reach herd immunity with vaccination proliferation, that vaccinated people can’t spread the virus, etc.

I'm sorry can you break this down more clearly my tiny liberal brain that only knows how to obey can't fathom how more cops leads to less crime instead of a more authoritarian state, against say fixing the root problem of said crime.

The root of the problem is Liberals telling people that Meritocracy has no place in our society and instead indoctrinates the kids through the public school system to believe that they are "VICTIMS" and because they are they can break the law and take what they haven't already gotten for free.

So you believe a kid in inner city Baltimore or some shitty trailer park in West Virginia has the same amount of opportunity as a kid from Grapevine Texas or Orange County California, and thier environments have no bearing on thier levels of success in life? That that has no effect on thier worldview when it comes to what "success" looks like? And that none of that leads to a nasty generational feedback loop of poverty, crime and drugs?

You really, really have to be ignoring history and facts to come to the conclusion a strict meritocracy is the way to fix that, and thats not even getting into your education point because that's a whole different bag of worms.

Well, at least we know lower middle class kids in OKC can look forward to easily affording a boat someday.

Man you really are stuck on my floating shitbox aren't you?

Because yes, me owning a nearly 40 year old fiberglass bucket means inequality doesn't exist or I'm not allowed to acknowledge it? What's next you gonna call me a class traitor or something?

Let me ask you Boy Genius.......Who said life is fair? Could it be that the inner city Baltimore kid is a product of a broken household? A single parent upbringing? Could it be that his parents didn't do a good job at raising their kids? How did that become my problem? Could it be that instead of studying and working hard they said fuck it! The system is rigged, I am going to go outside and hang with my friends instead. Could it be that politicians have wrongly told them that the system is corrupt against them and that they are all victims? You are just a clueless idiot!

Here is the perfect example of the liberal science:

Just move

Also show me conservative science, oh wait conservatism it’s the antithesis to what the scientific process is? Damn I wonder why science is so liberal, must be some big ole party that conservatives are just too dumb to infiltrate

Now we know why they didn’t negotiate a better contract. Too busy setting up their retirement……this will definitely help a whole .5% of our retirees that can’t seem to let go of the job.

Who said life is fair?
That is exactly the point, it's not. But we live in a society based on equal rights and representation based around making it as fair as possible for all.

Could it be that the inner city Baltimore kid is a product of a broken household? A single parent upbringing? Could it be that his parents didn't do a good job at raising their kids?
Yes. Again, that's my point, and that these things are endemic in certain communities and generational, and we should acknowledge that and fix it.

How did that become my problem?
The second you wanted to bitch and moan about crime rates and such. Also when did it become the aforementioned kids fault?

Could it be that instead of studying and working hard they said fuck it! The system is rigged, I am going to go outside and hang with my friends instead.
Yes. Because for many of them the system IS rigged, and the people they've seen as "successful" in thier communities(read:have money) are doing so thru ways that happen to circumvent that system, and yes also happen to be illegal in many cases.

Could it be that politicians have wrongly told them that the system is corrupt against them and that they are all victims?
Could very well also be politicians convincing you everyone actually being on a level playing field makes you somehow of lower stature.

You are just a clueless idiot!
I very well could be. Same can be said for you, at least I'm doing it with some empathy for my fellow human beings.

It's the opposite of this!

Part of conservative science is gun control, because lord knows liberals like to bury their heads in the sand when it comes to statistics on that ? just look at the propaganda machine going into overdrive over the NYSRPA v. Bruen case in the SC right now, they’re terrified of CCW being shall-issue nationwide despite literally no statistics showing it’s harmful.

Be as empathetic as you want with your own money, but don't force me to join you in your fight for what you believe is right. The problem with the left is they don't actually want equal opportunity, they want equal outcomes. Unfortunately, it's impossible to legislate better outcomes for one group without punishing another group, assuming the "leveling the playing field" was even possible (it is not). The only way to guarantee equal opportunity for individuals is to guarantee maximum freedom and liberties so the government doesn't affect outcomes.

Average OKC boat owner when you joke about how they’re above middle class in the area vs average child-free person who wastes money on Teslas and ammunition ?

It's the opposite of this!
Yes the well known scientific community that is CEI

The absolute irony of you linking a satire article written after a shooting in an area where people weren’t allowed to carry guns to defend themselves under a shall-issue law, which is exactly what this SC case is about. Thank you so much for demonstrating my point at its fullest.
