If a coworker shows up sick and coughing, at what point are you like “get away from me”/“wear a mask” versus just letting them mouth-breathe their way around the place? Like what’s your threshold for when you would want them to wear a mask near you versus just being sick all over and not doing anything preventative?

In Asian countries, they wear masks all the time even before COVID and as a courtesy to others culturally, so where do you draw that line for wearing a mask out of courtesy versus “it’s not my problem if you get sick from me coughing” or whatever.

He didn't ask for your opinion on whether people should work sick or not, he asked you what you do when someone shows up sick and coughing.

I was speaking to ABs comment about how courtesy is communism.
It has been treated as such since the start.
Every method we could come up with to mitigate the impact, other people found a way to make it an assault on freedom.
Not a talking point, personal observation.
Your comment on how businesses can't make their own rules about masks led me to think you'd have been part of that.
Apologies if I'm mistaken.

As to my stance on the current state of things, thought I already made that clear. Hoping for a declaration of pandemic ending in the next couple months.
We shouldn't be far behind UK ending masks and vaccination cards across the board.

People kept saying "this isn't about health it's about control." Ending/not ending restrictions when the pandemic ends is, as I see it, the bar in which to judge whether that's true.
