This should be the pinned timeline to the MMPI FAQ ?

my favorite part was the multiple conversations with the medical department where they argued that I was never sent to an evaluation, until I found and sent a whole stream of emails to them showing them sending me. "Somehow" they lost all record..

All I can say is I am glad it worked out in the end for you, but that’s crazy having to wait 5 years for anything.

Can anyone confirm that they are only sending you back to your previous facility? Like hard evidence? I have been out over 12 months and I will never go back to my old facility, would rather die haha. I was also enroute if that makes any difference.

Depends on the bid you were processed under, check the CPC reinstatement thread

yeah Ive read all of it but no hard evidence to support people being put back to their old facility. I wonder if places like Guam, Puerto Rico and hawaii are always taking people too? I would go to any of those locations in a heartbeat

Something worth noting is that the last time I took the prior exp survey, they had a question asking if there was any interest in HI, AK, PR, or Guam. Idk if prior cpcs take that survey or not, but would think maybe you'd have better shot at not getting your prior facility if you went after those facilities?

As long as you are 12 months and 1 day out you should not go back.

Can you be a current FAA Controller and apply to the prior experience Bid? Because I did.

Former military controller with a CTO and over a year of experience but I applied OTS got picked up and passed the academy and now stuck in a years long training back log. I got the referral status change on aviator like everyone else on March 16th but will they actually consider my application or just disregard it?

I knew a CPC that did this. Got a TOL and they rescinded it once they realized he was a current employee. I'd imagine being in training would be no different.
