Mick Devine - Reigning in Spending & Input From the Membership

I didn't know Mick or Rich negotiated the Slate Book.
Kind of scary that someone who negotiated the slate book had no idea what would have happened if they went to impasse. I mean you’d think that’s the first thing he would try to learn. When you’re put somewhere because Paul likes you and not because you’re good at it that’s what happens though

They're outside negotiators , are they not?
Yes, but an arbitration decision can be appealed by either the agency or Union to the FLRA panel.

Literally doesn’t know how contract negotiations work, yet comments on contract negotiations.

Actually that was mean, you know about as much as NDJH does about contract negotiations.
What the fuck are you rambling about?

Actually, no, binding arbitration in contract negotiations can not be appealed to the FLRA. Why on earth are you saying things that you didn’t even try to look up?

Poster above said arbitration, that's all I was responding too, but nice job trying to put words in my mouth.

Impasse in negotiations go to the FSIP... IIRC, Trump will not seat anyone on the panel.

What could possibly go wrong there.

Edit: and to be perfectly fucking clear, if Trump loses, LFG and fight like he'll. But making a blanket statement on going to impasse or arbitration without the whole picture is a folly.

poster above was talking about percent increases to our pay. That will never goto the FLRA, so don’t backpedal on being 100% wrong and trying to fix it after you actually watched Micks video and got educated.

NDJH are now saying they are not going to extend the slate book, so is that a folly on their part?

Rich, you couldn’t even get more votes than Nick. Let’s calm down here.
