You cannot have facilities that have a significant make up of non-union members getting upgrades while those that have a higher union make up being downgraded. 🤡

This is such a failure by NATCA, and when pressed on it, Nick didnt seem to have an answer besides punt on it and ABACUS BS.

Every single Controller nationwide is getting financially screwed by NATCA's complete lack of balls, but whats happening to the ARTCC controllers in Florida is criminal. They're working the busiest traffic in the country, cut the BS and get them a raise.

They should be working to the letter of the book, and calling for even more flow and restrictions than they already are.
