Ok - got an email from my security POC and I had two issues. First issue is regarding a written warning/advisement from my immediate supervisor after I took a couple of days without pay last year after the unexpected death of my mother. That has long been resolved at work and was specifically mentioned in my yearly evaluation as a one time fluke and that I am more than capable of being depended on. She is willing to write a letter reaffirming this. Does this letter seem like enough to address this issue? The second one is regarding a debt I had completely forgotten about from six years ago (a small cleaning fee from an old address that I have legit not received anything about since the initial report because apparently they had the wrong address for me) that I promptly paid today and am awaiting a letter from the collection agency of a paid in full type of statement.

I guess my rambling is ... are these two things a huge deal? Am I responding to these issues correctly? I guess I just want to hear it's not a big deal or something.
No

Does anyone know of a centralized place I could obtain my medical records? I got the medical email today, indicating listing all diagnoses etc.

I've had issues with collarbone and sternum cracking for nearly 3 years now(username inspired) and have visited multiple orthopedic surgeons in the hopes of resolving this, and i'm not 100% sure that i have a complete record of every visit. I've had different doctors "diagnose" me with different things as we tried to resolve the problem. I'm not opposed to paying an external 3rd party for the information, but I'm curious if there's a centralized database somewhere that's stored my history of visits?

I'm thinking I contact the two insurance carriers I've had in the last 10 years and ask for a history of payment, but if there's an easier/more accurate way that i'm not aware of, i'll utilize that. Wanted to check with you guys first to see if i'm potentially missing a better solution.

Depends on how you set everything up. I currently have every medical visit outside my normal physician send copies of any records to my normal physicians office and then they compile everything. If you didn’t make sure of this then it’s pretty much each place will have their own records.

Not sure what has felt longer, the first 7 months or the last 2 weeks since finishing all my requirements.

Definitely the last two weeks after finishing everything.

I keep getting on here somehow thinking something will be posted about my status as if you guys are all in HR and are working my file.

And then reading everyone who has a class date and getting excited looking for your class date and realising that that isn't how it works.

And every call I get is " OOOOOOO I bet this is it!!! Oh.... its just my wife......"

Don't even worry about an excuse. Just tell them you're wanting to verify they recieved your medical and also inquire if any more documentation is needed. I found out I had two questionnaires that way and also that my medical was on the flight surgeons desk.

Great. I completed my medical over a month ago, and haven’t heard anything back from Aerospace Medicine about it..

I just emailed my POC she called their office and had them transmit it again. So now it's officially on the flight surgeon's desk.
