If you had tested the first day it wouldn't have been within two weeks.

Been dealing with this myself. Set up my appointment the day after I got offered to the ATSA in mid-June because all the bookings for the only testing facility nearby were taken for months. Still haven't heard back from them.

Have you recieved instructions on the next steps yet? Got the TOL, 12 days ago, but nothing about the next steps yet.
